Welcome to the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville Office of Clinical Affairs. Although our primary site for patient care services is at UF Health Jacksonville, many of our faculty physicians practice at clinical sites and other hospitals in the five county area of Northeast Florida and two counties in Southeast Georgia. Our primary care satellite network encompasses 35 clinics, encompassing adult primary care, pediatrics primary care and classic family medical care, all of which are geographically dispersed throughout the seven county area. In addition, there are multispecialty clinics located in Southside Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach and St. Mary’s, Georgia.

In my position as Senior Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs I report directly to the Dean of the College of Medicine – Jacksonville. My office works in close coordination with Faculty Affairs, Educational Affairs, Hospital Affairs and Managed Care to ensure that all of our efforts are directed to the goals of education, research, quality medical care and comfort. My office ensures these goals are met by providing support to the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville, our various educational programs, the academic practice plan and our sister hospital, UF Health.

To facilitate the efforts and successes of Clinical Affairs, there is close alliance with Dr. Guy Benrubi, Senior Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs, Dr. Linda Edwards, Senior Associate Dean for Educational Affairs, Dr. David Vukich, Senior Associate Dean for Hospital Affairs and Dr. Mark Hudak, Associate Dean for Managed Care. The job of managing Clinical Affairs could be overwhelming were it not for the advice and counsel of these very capable individuals.
