Rotations for External Residents/Fellows
Welcome and thank you for your interest in the University of Florida College of Medicine-Jacksonville (UFCOM-J).
If you wish to participate as a resident or fellow in an elective rotation experience with one of our clinical departments or GME programs, please note the following instructions.
Your program director is responsible for identifying the rotation and rotation-specific goals and objectives for your experience at UFCOM-J.
Please use the application form below to submit the rotation request. Plan for a timeline of at least 120 days from time you submit your request in order for UFCOM-J to 1) assess if your request can be accommodated, 2) to process agreements, and 3) to provide information necessary to permit you to start (checklist below).
