Jacksonville. Our 3-year program offers outstanding training and is ACGME-accredited. This fellowship aims to facilitate the development of important skills in the effective practice of medicine. These include professional relationship building with colleagues and staff, teaching and presentation skills, independent decision-making and administrative skills. To develop these skills, graded levels of responsibility are woven into the
curriculum. In general, it encompasses the following areas: teaching, patient care, management and research.
