Patient Care
The division's hospitalists receive patient referrals from the various Shands Jacksonville services like emergency medicine, cardiology, neurology and so on, as well as the UF satellite primary care offices. The hospitalists also take overflow patients from the IM teaching services once they reach their patient caps.
All services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
