Faculty members of the UF Department of Medicine Jacksonville, in partnership with staff of Shands Jacksonville, are collaborating on several innovations to ensure that we are providing high quality patient care.
An initiative is underway on our primary medical unit to facilitate a team approach to patient care through coordination and integration of physicians, nurses and other members of the health care team.
Facilities
While all of the department's medical services are available on the Shands Jacksonville campus, our faculty physicians also practice at locations throughout the community we serve.
