Welcome to the web site for the University of Florida College of Medicine-Jacksonville Gastroenterology Fellowship Program. Our 3-year program offers outstanding training and is ACGME-accredited. This fellowship aims to facilitate the development of important skills in the effective practice of medicine. These include professional relationship-building with colleagues and staff, teaching and presentation skills, independent decision-making and administrative skills. To develop these skills, graded levels of responsibility are woven into the curriculum. In general, it encompasses the following areas: teaching, patient care, management and research.

In addition to the above professional opportunities, Jacksonville, Florida is an ideal place to live and work. It is home to perfect weather, abundant beaches, unlimited outdoor sports and the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars.
