Advocacy

Students who require assistance with interpersonal or other issues while rotating on the Jacksonville campus should direct comments and questions to their individual clerkship or program director.

This includes, but is not limited to, concerns regarding perceived unfair treatment, racial discrimination, etc.

Students who do not receive a response they consider satisfactory from the clerkship or program director, or who desire to bypass this individual, should contact the senior administrator for the various colleges and programs on this campus. These individuals include:

All concerns will be handled with discretion and confidentiality as appropriate to the situation. The students will be encouraged to discuss any such concerns openly and honestly and will be protected from adverse consequences.
