Clearance Process

The University of Florida College of Medicine-Jacksonville requires all students rotating on our campus to turn in dorm keys, meal cards and access cards to the Office of Educational Affairs at the end of each rotation. An online evaluation must be completed no later than one week after the end of each rotation. Any items loaned by the department should be returned to the department.

College of Medicine students may have their grades withheld if this process is not completed.

During completion of the checkout procedure, please leave your car in the student lot - you do not need an access card to exit this lot. If you move your car to a garage or on other on-campus parking locations, you may be ticketed and/or incur a parking fee.
