Wolfson Wellness Center

Baptist Medical Center, located at 800 Prudential Drive, has a health and fitness center located on the fifth floor of the Women's Pavilion. This is approximately a five-minute drive from the Shands Jacksonville campus and can be reached by taking Interstate 95 South across the Fuller Warren Bridge and exiting at the San Marco Blvd. exit. Take a left at the first cross street and Baptist Medical Center is located approximately one block down on the left.

This facility has the following available: treadmills, various exercise bikes, stairmasters, body trec elliptical machines, rowers, a variety of nautilus equipment, free weights, etc. Locker rooms and showers are available during your workout at no charge. Running/Jogging

There are a number of areas around town where students who are interested in running or jogging may want to go. These include the southbank Riverwalk area, between the River City Brewing Company and Crawdaddy's restaurants, Jacksonville Landing, River Road in the San Marco area, and of course the Beaches.
