The Department of Pathology at the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville is proud to offer one of two ACGME-accredited Blood Banking and Transfusion Medicine (BB/TM) Fellowship Programs in the state of Florida. The program is designed to provide a quality experience in the broad discipline of blood banking and transfusion medicine so that upon completing the program the fellow will be prepared for a career in a blood center or in a hospital transfusion service, either in an academic center or in a community hospital.
