Application Process
For specific eligibility requirements, please refer to the GME benefits, requirements and resources page.
Prospective applicants should download the application form, complete all requested information and forward this form by mail, along with:
- One letter from your program director.
- Three letters from faculty who have worked with you.
Division faculty review all completed applications and supporting documentation. Competitive candidates are invited for an interview, at which time both faculty members and subspecialty fellows evaluate candidates. Each interviewer fills out an evaluation form.
All interviewed candidates are scored by the division faculty as to academic credentials, letters of recommendation, professionalism, interpersonal skills and consistency of career plans to the goals of our program.
