Welcome to the site for the University of Florida College of Medicine-Jacksonville Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases and Immunology.

We offer the only comprehensive pediatric infectious diseases services in Northeast Florida, including an innovative approach to prevent, detect, treat and research pediatric HIV and AIDS at the University of Florida Center for HIV/AIDS Research, Education and Service (UF CARES)/Rainbow Center.

We also proudly sponsor the first accredited pediatric infectious disease fellowship in the state of Florida. Fellows from Internal Medicine Infectious Diseases programs at UF and Mayo Clinic - Jacksonville regularly rotate with us for the pediatric part of their training.

Our division evaluates and manages the full spectrum of infectious diseases, including Kawasaki Disease, immunodeficiency and pneumonia. Our inpatient services include consultations and admissions at Wolfson Children's Hospital. We also provide outpatient services at several locations across North Florida, including the Pediatric Multispecialty Center (next to Wolfson's Children's Hospital).

Thank you for your interest in our division. After exploring our site, contact us with any additional questions you may have.
