Welcome from the Division Chief

Welcome to the site for the University of Florida Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases and Immunology located in Jacksonville. We offer the only comprehensive pediatric infectious diseases services in Northeast Florida, including an innovative approach to prevent, detect, treat and research pediatric HIV and AIDS at the UF Rainbow Center. We also house the first accredited pediatric infectious disease fellowship program in the state of Florida.

Our division manages the full spectrum of infectious diseases, including, fevers, Kawasaki Disease and evaluations for immunodeficiency and pneumonia. Our inpatient services include consultations and admissions at Wolfson Children's Hospital. We also provide outpatient services at several locations across North Florida, including the Pediatric Multispecialty Center in the Howard Building of Baptist (next to Wolfson's Children's Hospital).
