In response to efforts by the Resident GMEC, the Shands Jacksonville Information Technology Department has developed a survey to gather direct input from you, the end user.

This is your opportunity to participate in the continued improvements and enhancements of these three major applications. Your feedback is invaluable in the development and deployment of a successful product that works for you.

This survey is straight forward and non-technical in nature. Simply provide your thoughts regarding what works, what doesn’t, what improvements you would like to see and what training is needed.
