Education Programs

The Department of Surgery at the University of Florida College of Medicine - Jacksonville offers graduate medical education training in our ACGME-accredited General Surgery Residency and Surgical Critical Care Fellowship Programs. Also offered is a CODA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency and two non-standard fellowships, Microvascular Reconstruction and Minimally Invasive Surgery.

We also offer numerous medical student education elective/clerkship courses for third- and fourth-year medical students.

For current healthcare professionals, we are active participants in the UF Continuing Medical Education program.
