Center for Healthy Minds and Practice (CHaMP)


The Center for Healthy Minds and Practice, or CHaMP, is available for grief support and other therapeutic support needed to navigate through challenging times, especially during the holidays, which can be difficult for some.

CHaMP provides a safe, confidential environment. Appointments are available in person and online at no charge. Services are for employees, employees and their spouses/significant others, and UF Health departments/groups only.

Please note that CHaMP does not provide services for individual family members who are not employed by UF Health. Employee assistance programs are available for family members covered under your insurance plan.
